當時只顧著和大伙兒聊天,也沒有特別注意。經岳父這麼一提醒,我才回過神來。對呀,我的頭不痛了耶!使勁用力的左右搖一搖,上下點一點,剛才頭痛不舒服、脖子緊繃的感覺,完全消失了。實在太神奇了!!
於是向老丈人請益,一問之下,才知道熱心的老丈人先前那杯茶,是專門對付頭痛的方子,而且做法超級簡單,值得試試哦!

做法:

美國拉什大學醫學中心的研究人員對1138名平均年齡為80歲的老人進行為期5年的跟踪研究,得出上述結論。 研究開始時,這些老人無一患有認知障礙。

防失智
44種健康食材 多吃防失智
天主教失智老人基金會出版「這樣吃,不失智」新書,傳授大腦保健美味料理,書中列舉44種健康食材,鼓勵採地中海飲食,即多攝取蔬果、未精製穀類、豆類與橄欖油,減少肉類、甜點的攝取。
國宴主廚曾群雄昨天示範鮮果沙拉,將水蜜桃、奇異果、香蕉、鳳梨、蘋果、木瓜、草莓洗淨切丁,以原味優格加上檸檬汁混合,胡椒鹽調味,再以蘿蔓生菜、薄荷葉裝飾;營養師陳雨音說,上述蔬果富含維生素C及β-胡蘿蔔素,能減緩心血管疾病及失智症的發生,且以優格取代沙拉醬能刺激腸道益菌,健胃整腸。

為什麼 睡覺時 蚊子都會在耳朵邊 ?
(第一)蚊子喜歡有臭味,腥味的地方,耳朵隨時都會分泌耳屎,所以較喜歡在耳朵旁叫,而其實那不是叫聲,而是翅膀快速震動所發出的聲音,
當蚊子在其他部位時,你除了觸覺和視覺外,你的聽覺是並不可能聽到哪麼遠而細小的聲音。
(第二)蚊子通常都是在睡覺時才在你耳邊嗡嗡嗡的飛。原因是:人在睡眠時體溫會降低,而耳溫卻是體溫較高的部位,(發燒量耳溫,耳朵也是曝露在外)所以會在耳邊飛,感應你的體溫。若是這時你身旁睡有一位體溫比你高的人,蚊子就比較會去找他,若是被蚊子乾擾到不能好眠,建議你塗些讓蚊子反感的東西,例如:綠油精,含有薄荷or茶樹之類的精油。
(第三)無論是「雌蚊」、「蜱」、「錐鼻蟲」等等......舉凡吸食人血的『昆蟲』多是藉由偵測到人體口鼻呼出的二氧化碳,然後逐步接近來叮咬。
至於為什麼專挑睡覺時在的耳邊繞啊繞 ? 其實並非因為耳溫高的關係,雌蚊雖然可以在遠處就偵測到口鼻呼出的二氧化碳,
卻只能在近到距離幾公分時,才依賴位於蚊子足部上的感受器,感應到人體的溫度、濕度和汗液成分以及氣味,進而決定是不是合適的吸血對象。
所以一般人說體溫高、體質酸性的人易被蚊蟲叮咬。
